Hi im roughly 6 months away from applying for DTV i have well over 500 000 thai baht in my savings account.

Is it fine to just stay in the savings account or should i be moving it to my current/cheque account.

Question about the DTV application in Vietnam (I will probably apply in Ho Chi Minh), has anyone shown proof of funds in a savings account instead of a current account, and was this accepted? And did you need to produce 3 months of bank statements or 6? Thanks! It's been super confusing to work out with some certainly what we'll need

Hi, does the 500,000 baht have to be in a current account? I have an ISA trading account with the right amount of cash in it plus investments but it only gives statements every quarter so I can’t give statements from every month in the past 6 months - will this be a problem/ will they accept this?

If I need to have money banked in Thai account for a ‘Married to a Thai Spouse’ long stay visa, does this to be a current account, an investment account or a foreign currency deposit account?

Many thanks in advance
