I have one. Can buy different currencies on it. But as far as swiping the card, it can only be international.

If you are asking about Thailand, you cannot open a bank account in Thailand online. Everything must be done in person.

yes Thailand, even if you already have a Thai baht account with the bank? some banks (in other countries) do allow you to open more accounts in other currencies if you already have one account with them.
