Hello everyone, has anyone got denied to enter Thailand with a DTV Visa holder?
I had entered 2 times this year but stayed the whole 60 days for both times. But now I got DTV approved so I want to know if there’s gonna be a problem with new rules even I have DTV.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry pertains to the potential risks of being denied entry into Thailand while holding a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV). The user previously entered Thailand twice on visa exemptions and is now concerned about the implications of the new rules on their DTV status. Responses from the community generally suggest that there shouldn't be any issues for DTV holders, emphasizing that immigration authorities are supportive of the DTV as a long-term visa option. Participants also shared personal experiences, with most reporting no difficulties upon entry with a DTV and advising on the importance of carrying proper documentation.
I didn’t get denied, but got sent to interrogation for a long time, looked into, and got told that I need a different visa because have a Thai wife. It was initially because I had been in Thailand for a few months earlier this year.
you got DTV on or around the 20th and by the 27th you were told to get a different visa? I think you forgot some details in your response? Presumably you were visa exempt, got told you need a visa, and obtained the DTV?
nah I was here on a tourist visa before. They questioned why I was here before getting the dtv, and in conversations told them I had a Thai wife in addition to doing what I am here for a dtv on. They let me in, but was in holding for about an hour, and they said in future I was going to have to switch to marriage visa.
