TLDR : Answer Summary
While having a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) allows for extended stay in Thailand, it does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to the discretion of immigration officers. There have been instances where individuals faced questioning regarding their visa issuance from foreign countries, but no definitive cases of denial have been reported.

There has been a couple of posts of people being questioned about why they got their DTV in xyz country and not their home country but I don’t believe there has been any mention of actual denials.

If you're fulfilling your visa requirements, there’s no reason for being denied. However, a visa does not guarantee entry; it only allows you to stay longer under certain conditions. If you have a problematic history, you may still be denied entry, just like in any other country.
