I had my DTV rejected last year. I have since been to Thailand once on a tourist visa.
Now, I have found a job and they will sponsor my work permit. But I have a visa sticker with VOID stamped on it as a rejected DTV visa. Will this be an issue when I apply for Non B?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The concern is whether a previously rejected DTV visa, indicated by a VOID stamp, will impact the application process for a Non-B visa, especially after securing a job offer and work permit sponsorship. Comments from the community suggest that the rejection should not pose an issue, provided that the new employment is legitimate.
When you entered Thailand after the DTV rejection, was this an actual Thai Tourist Visa TR60 that you applied and paid for at a Thai Embassy/Consulate??
or, was it actually only a Visa Exempt Entry Stamp made by a Thai Immigration Officer at arrival??

May I ask what job you found and how the process went of them offering you employment and what it is you do . Many thanks good luck there . I tried but found it hard to get that over there .
I found LinkedIn and Networking at Chambers of Commerce Networking events best places to look. There are some agents that will work with you but only in certain skill domain and for jobs paying over 250k THB a month. I am basically retired from corporate work now but I still get many Thailand jobs pop up weekly in LinkedIn in my domain ie PMO. There are decent jobs out here from people with the skills and experience. It shoukd also be remembered these days many Thais have the skills too in certain industries and domains.

nope won't affect you at all, believe me you're not the first person who didn't qualify for a visa at a consulate

Doubt it as long as you have a legit job at a legit company.

I am curious, does this mean you were issued a DTV and then at a later stage it was rejected? Why was it rejected?
