Wanted to do a cambodia border run at Baan Pak Kad, and when I got there, Thai immigration told me that Israeli passport holders can't go through that border and I have to go to Phnom Pen. What's up with that? 🤔😢

They would let you out at that border, but they wouldn't let you back in there and you would have had to go to Phnom Penh or Siem Reap to fly back into thailand

, I just found out that people who hold passports from Isreal and Turkey CANNOT bounce out and back in at ANY of the borders with Cambodia. It doesn't matter if you're have a valid multi-entry visa for thailand or just want a visa exempt entry you can't bounce at ANY border with Cambodia.

You can EXIT the country at one of those borders and go into Cambodia BUT you'd have to go to Phnom Penh or Siem Reap and fly back into thailand.

You can border bounce at any land border with Lao without a problem.

I do not know if Kanchanaburi will let you out and back in or not.

Most visa run companies that do that run won't even chance taking you there.

The visa run company I talked with won't even take people with Israel or Turkish passports on their run (but they don't go to Poi Pet). They said no borders will let those passports bounce. Maybe they didn't know Turkish passports can bounce at Poi Pet

until now poipet was the only gate for turkish. ı made several runs at there which was the last one 4months ago. if its as you said, it must be something new. ı will check the current situation with my company and friends and will let you know..
