Good morning, does anyone here was able to exit to Cambodia for a visa run? As I have read from posts that Cambodia is still open as long as its your first time to get a visa run there. Thank you for your replies, appreciate it much as my visa expires this end of Match too.

@Benjamin *****
do you have a direct source that the border has been interpreting it this way?

"Passengers arriving from France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain or USA are not allowed to enter Cambodia."

The Cambodia borders are interpreting this to mean the person's passport nation, so no, Germans can not bounce in and out of Cambodia.

Let us know how it went please

I'm a South African. Im still here at the border too. They do temperature screening and did ask for health certificate, which I did not have. The agency I'm using said I don't need it, but tgey did ask for it. Agency helped me through.

Border is extremely busy too. I advise you to have a heath certificate, just for in case they ask for it.

which border checkpoint are you heading to?

SOME of the land borders with cambodia are open today GO and bounce out and back NOW.

Depending on your nationality you can get TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by land in a calendar year. SO if you don't have two yet this year by land you're good to bounce, BUT bounce TODAY because the new entry policy starts at Midnight.

great thanks sir... Appreciate it much.. Just that I have no idea at all because I only got to work with one school for three years and they did everything about visa..

@Mary ***************
you're on the ORIGINAL 90 day entry from a Non-B visa right?

Then you can just go to the border and stamp out
Tod *********
@Ian *******
you are correct, if you're on a 30 day visa exempt, a 60 day tourist visa, OR a 30 day extension from one of them OR on the initial entry of a Non-Immigrant type visa you can just stamp out

BUT if you are on an extension from a Non-Immigrant B or ED visa you have to cancel it officially FIRST to stamp out.
