TLDR : Answer Summary
Israeli passport holders are allowed a 30 days Visa Exempt Entry when crossing into Thailand from Laos by land, but this can only be done twice in a calendar year.

it USED to be 15 days but they changed it a year or so ago and made it back to 30.. That's also when they started the limit of two 30 day visa exempt entries by land in a year rule too.
