TLDR : Answer Summary
An Israeli passport holder re-entering Thailand after a border run will receive a Visa Exempt Entry for 30 days. The Cambodian border is recommended for an easy crossing from Bangkok. Note that Israeli citizens cannot renew their visas via border runs in Malaysia or Indonesia, and it's important to be aware that only two Visa Exempt Entries are allowed per calendar year due to border crossings.
The stamp is called a Visa Exempt Entry, you can only have 2 a calendar year by border crossings. So you can do a border run to get a Visa Exempt Entry for another 30 days, unless it is the third time this calendar year. There are 3 ways to enter Thailand, one is with a Visa Exempt Entry, two with a Visa (from Consulate/Embassy) and 3 with Visa on Arrival (only certain countries). Please do not mix them up if you want more information.
