TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand and seeking guidance on renewing their visa, specifically if they can do it in Cambodia. They want to know about the process and the duration of the new visa. Commenters suggest alternatives such as extending their current visa in Thailand, obtaining a SETV in Laos, or temporarily exiting to Cambodia for a new visa. There are also warnings regarding difficulties at the Thai-Cambodia border for Israeli passport holders.
you could get a SETV in Vientiane/Laos or you get a 30day extension first, than either try Kanchanaburi by yourself or Laos. You could also fly OUT/ IN to get another 30days. Like fly to Phnom Penh or Siam Reap and spend a few days there.
Guy Sariq you may already be aware but if not, you also cannot enter Malaysia on an Israeli passport to obtain a visa. Israeli passport holders are banned from entering Malaysia.
