TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for a visa run to Cambodia and is seeking clarification on the necessary documents to submit with their Israeli passport, as well as concerns regarding potential complications due to having multiple tourist visas already in their passport.

I'd definitely find an agent to push paper for you.

They're the only ones who can get around the 3 working day turn around for getting your passport back.

There were reports of people using Lucky Lucky Motorcycles Shop (which gets visas too ;) )

You will need, proof of onward travel, finances and a hotel booking. Unless your previous TVs are from Cambodia that shouldnt be a problem. Cambodia is not the most user friendly consulate, it maybe good policy to use an agent.
