TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding an Israeli passport, inquires about the possibility of doing an additional border run after previously completing multiple 90-day and 30-day entries into Thailand. The comments warn that further border runs may not be allowed due to limitations on the number of border runs per year. They advise that the user would likely be questioned by immigration due to the length of their stay and suggest obtaining a long-term visa instead. Additionally, they recommend being well-prepared with necessary documentation when re-entering the country.

u've been here for almost a whole year.

you will be questioned when trying to get back in.

Choose suvarnabhumi airport when flying back. Ready your papers. 90% you will be questioned, 10% you will not be allowed inside.

being rude is a cheap attitude and it fits you extremely well. You are not just rude but ignorant at the same time. I don't have time to waste on you. U r blocked.

You cannot handle when somebody is contradicting you huh?

@Yiba ******
there are many whom have been here for YEARS. They might get questioned a bit. Maybe. That’s the same in most countries. Immigration officers doing their jobs. Far less than 10% chance they get denied entry. Far less

@Todd ********
things have been changing.
Todd *********
@Yiba ******
no, they really haven’t. The internet allows more chatter about the rare ‘bad’ events. Nobody bothers to post ‘everything was great and I got In no problem’.

Immigration continues to their jobs. No change.
Yiba *******
@Todd ********
you got on no problem doesn't mean that he would too. Better safe than sorry. Things always change in the kingdom. A foreigner who has been on and off the country for a year on different visa types always draws attention. If you disagree this, your insight on this subject is limited.

@Yiba ******
lol, i didn’t say a thing about me. My situation is well under control.

A foreigner who has a year on and off here is one of many thousands lol. I’m afraid you just don’t have a clue.

@Todd ********
your knowledge on this topic is limited so no need to explain you more.

@Yiba ******
great idea. You are confusing people with a total of knowledge. Move along

let's ask the person with great knowledge Tod Daniels

I'm trying to explain to this gentleman that someone who has been here for almost a whole year will/might be questioned when trying to get back in.

I also suggested suvarnabhumi airport when flying back. Someone living in the kingdom forba year on different visa will be questioned 90%, and even not allowed inside Thailand

This gentleman keeps saying the opposite

What would you say?
Todd *********
@Yiba ******
1- gonna guess Tod is busy enough with real issues . 2- this is your exact quote 'you WILL be questioned when trying to get back in.' That, is obviously false. They may or may not be. And if returning with a TV, the chances are quite slim really. 3- you told the poster to use Suvarnabhumi. Which everyone is well aware is the last airport to choose for complicated visa history. And none of which has anything to do with the poster's questions. You simply seem intent on scaring the poster and offering no useful solution.

the problem with you is you don't understand what you read. I didn't say you WILL BE questioned. I wrote: 90% you will be questioned, 10% you will not be allowed inside.

It's difficult to communicate with people like you. Please don't reply, I will not waste my time on you.

So you've been here for almost a whole year on tourist visas and border bounces.

Best of luck, but with that level of consecutive short-term stays, its extremely likely you *will* be questioned when trying to get back in.

All we really have for you is 1) Have the Three Proofs of accommodation, cash, and onward travel ticket, and 2) Be *very* careful about which airport you choose.
Todd *********
@Jonathan *************************
nothing wrong with that. Perfectly legit to use consecutive stays as you wish. Being questioned just means immigration doing their job. That’s great.

And yes - totally agree. Have the 3 proofs and choose airport carefully. Or use Fasttrack service

@Todd ********
yes found the fast track more friendly

@Phil *****
it’s a good pathway to entry if you have any concerns

If border runs by land are limited to 2 per annum so if you've already used them you can't do another, you would need to get a visa or to fly. But you are also likely going to be questioned by immigration and possibly denied entry having been here so long. I'd suggest looking for a long term visa rather than trying to rely on border runs and tourist visas.
Darren *******
@John *********
if he had a visa then no limit on land entries, only applies to visa exempt entries.
John **********
@Darren ******
that's what I said

@John *********
you said border runs by land are limited to 2 entries per year and that he's used them. If he has a tourist visa then there's no limit on the number of land entries in a year.

I said "you would need to get a visa or to fly"
