Who is responsible for filling out the TM30 form for a tourist staying with a local?

In Thailand, both the landlord and the guest (you) share the responsibility for filling out the TM30 form when a foreigner is staying at a rental property. Since you're already a few weeks late in submitting it, there is a risk of being fined. However, if you plan to leave the country before the end of your 60-day tourist visa, it may be unnecessary to address the TM30 form. You, your girlfriend, or her landlord can complete the form, even in the absence of certain documents from the landlord.
