Does anyone know what is exactly needed for the immigration office if I want to move from one condo to another?
Can I just report change of address on my 90-day report or do I have to fill out this tm28/tm30 before I actually move to the new place?!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When planning to move from one condo to another in Thailand, it is essential to notify the immigration office about your change of address. You can report your new address during your 90-day report submission; however, it is advisable to fill out the TM28 form to formally announce your change of location. Additionally, the TM30 form may be required by your new landlord or property owner to register your stay.
