This is a very minor issue so sorry for bothering you.

Is Immigration still requiring TM30's?

Does anyone know which Immigration office in Chiang Mai is handling this? It was switched to the Promenada office a few weeks ago but I'm getting reports it should be done at the office near the airport. If it's at the airport office, are they open on weekends?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 requirement is still in place for expats in Thailand. Currently, the TM30 must be submitted at the Promenada office in Chiang Mai during weekdays only. There seems to be some confusion as to whether it can also be processed at the airport office, but it is confirmed that the Promenada office is handling TM30 reports. Additionally, reports indicate that only property owners can complete the report, not tenants.

it is still in place, only during week days at their old location in Promenada Mall. Some reports are that only the house owners can do the report, not the tenant.

TM30 remains in place. It is to be done at promenada. There is someone there on the weekends too.
