Friends, the owner of the condo where we have been staying for a month filed a TM 30. We are renting for the foreseeable future from the owner of another condo starting in a week, and she will file a TM 30 as well. Do we need to file a change of address? If so, in person?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The owner of your new condo will file a TM 30 for you, which is a notification of your address to immigration authorities. However, it's advisable to check if you also need to file a change of address in person to ensure that your records are updated properly with the immigration office.
