Has anyone successfully applied for a DTV whilst outside of their home country? We are currently between Malaysia/Indonesia and want to apply with British passports, but not sure if there’s a nearby embassy we can apply to.

That is why you need to check the Thai Embassy website in the country you are in to see if they allow it.

Some posters have noted applications being accepted in Malaysia, Penang. You can apply at Laos, Vientiane, Phomn Penn,Cambodia.
