Hello. Anyone who applied online for DTV in london.

I am a British Citizen but I am in Thailand on a tourist visa currently.

Is it possible for me to just apply as if I am in London under the soft Muay Thai visa without actually going back?

Please let me know I'm eager to get this soon

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus from various comments indicates that you cannot apply for the DTV visa while physically in Thailand. Applicants need to apply from outside the country, although returning to the UK is not necessary. Options are available to apply from a nearby country. It's also noted that attempting to manipulate the application process by using a different location may lead to complications or rejection.

No, you cannot do that. You can't apply for a visa inside Thailand.

I think you’re forgetting your Biometric data will already be entered into the system when you entered , but then maybe if you were to exit then reenter on your online application you might be ok,

You need to use London vpn maybe then possibly

They Ask for your location so technically you'd have to lie...

But also read of people doing this but not necessarily just in the UK from other Evisa countries...

And may get rejected if somehow they managed to find out you manipulated the system etc...

I went to Taipei about 10 days ago highly recommended great country & city....

Good luck

No. You’ll have to apply from a neighbouring country.

I had to prove I was in the UK 🙏

You can't apply for the DTV from inside Thailand but you don't need to return to the UK. Once you leave Thailand you can apply using the options for the country you are in
