Hey, guys. Look here and thank you for answering my questions which is very rare.
I have condominium in BKK, and my tenant is also foreigner. He rent my condominium in this September from another condo which is not mine in BKK.
How about his 90 days notifications? Needs anything else except for the leasing contract with passort copy of mine?
Thanks for you! And have a tea together π΅ if possible!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreign tenant in Thailand must complete a 90-day notification report, which requires several documents, including their passport and possibly a completed TM. 47 form. As the landlord, you should also file a TM30 report to register your foreign tenant, as this is crucial for the tenant to successfully submit their 90-day report. If you did not submit the TM30 report, your tenant will need your signed passport copy and possibly other documents to complete their own registration.
You had better register for TM30 report as the landlord, report your tenant.
If you didn't do TM30 report for your tenant, your tenant would need your signed ID (passport) copy, copy of yellow book, etc, etc for him to report TM30 by himself to get TM30 receipt (required for 90days report).
