My landlord did the TM30 online but when he sent me the file, the "date of arrival" is missing. Is it normal or it's going to be a problem? Thanks a lot

Answer summary
The absence of the 'date of arrival' on the TM30 report is generally not a concern, as many users report that it is not a required field when filing online. The most important aspect is that the TM30 has been properly submitted by your landlord. Keep a PDF copy for your records to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

Marx Grout, don’t do the same mistake I did at 90 day reporting and you lease apartment and If you stay in other hotel/airbnb in between before you go to immigration, you need a new filed tm30 as the hotel stay also file a tm30. And do the first report as late as possible as the next report is from the date of filling the first report if you intention is to travel back “home” within the 180 days per entry, then you will exit before the 90 days and do not need to file the second one. If you need to do the second one, I read that it is possible to do online. Have a great time.
any idea where i can download the form that we need to fill at immigration office for tourist extension? not the landlord one, the other very long one from what i remember. usually a few pages
TM30 blank form, paper, Bangkok, Samut Prakan Immigration Office. It does have the date of submission whether it is within the 24 hours of arrival or date of reporting.
There is no passport number, it can not be linked to your TDAC card.
I believe, as long as you have it, it is OK, whatever the date.
As long as the TM30 has been properly submitted in the system, it’s fine.
TM30 is a notification that the landlord must submit to Immigration to report that a foreigner is staying at the property, in order to comply with the law and avoid fines.
