Hello everyone. I hope everybody is staying safe and healthy during these crazy times. I would like to ask about visa extension.

I have Non immigrant O based on marriage which expires at the end of September. Is there any option that I could be able to apply for the extension earlier than just up to 45 days before the expire date ? I have all the finances and paperwork done and sorted but i just want to know if i simply can request the year extension earlier ?

Thank you everyone

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of applying for an early extension for their Non-Immigrant O visa based on marriage, which is set to expire at the end of September. They expressed readiness with all necessary finances and paperwork and wanted to know if they could apply for the extension before the standard 45 days prior to expiry. Comments indicated that most immigration offices generally only allow applications to be submitted 30 days or less before the expiration date, with some allowing 45 days.

Nope, that's the earliest that some immigration offices will allow you to apply (most offices are 30 days or less)

So IF your office allows you to do it 45 days or less before your current extension expires that means the middle of August would be the earliest you could apply :)
