Sorry about the Newbie question regarding the 90 day report

I entered Thailand on the 21st of October and did my TM 30 on the 6th of November. I have applied for extension of stay based on visiting Thai family on the 18th of December and got the extension until the 19th of March. I also plan to do the yearly extension based on marriage.

I am a bit confused about when I should be doing the 90 day report! Thanks in advance

Edit: I have entered on Non O marriage visa

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asks about the timing for their 90-day report after entering Thailand on a Non-O marriage visa. They entered on October 21, did their TM 30 on November 6, applied for a stay extension on December 18, and are confused about when the 90-day report is due. Comments clarify that generally, the 90-day reporting period starts after the latest extension is granted, but there may be variations based on different immigration offices. It's recommended to confirm the due date at the time of applying for their yearly extension.

IN theory the way it works out IS your first extension (for the same reason as you got the visa) starts the 90 day count down clock running, SO when you got the 60 day extension it started and your 90 day report would be due 89 days after the date they granted that extension

BUT

Some offices are "counting days different" and start from when you enter (which is not really how it's supposed to go). What I would do IS when you go apply for the yearly extension make sure you ask them WHEN your 90 day report is due. I wish I could be more specific BUT short of going to your immigration office and asking them there's no real way to know when they start counting the 90 days

A good rule of thumb"|: never leave your IO without asking them these questions. If possible!

AND what visa did you enter thailand on?

As a general rule you do a 90 day report when you've been on the same visa entry OR same extension reason when you hit 90 days.
