Recently acquired 90 day Non O retirement visa. Applying for 12 month extension next week (46 days) into the 90 days.
Does the 90 day report start from the date I entered the Kingdom or does it start from 1st day of extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a 90-day Non-O retirement visa and are applying for a 12-month extension, your first 90-day report will be due 90 days from the date your extension is issued, not from the date you entered Thailand. Initially, there is no 90-day report requirement while you are on the original 90-day visa.

, thanks , I was unsure because I was here for maybe 25 days before the 90 day was issued , meaning I would have been here well over 90 days had I waited to extend

Your first report is due 90 days from the day your extension is issued.
