TLDR : Answer Summary
For holders of a non-O retirement visa, the 90-day reporting period is interrupted when you leave Thailand. Your next report is due 90 days from your latest entry date, which is the day you re-enter Thailand, not from your previous reporting date.

Your 90 days count is stop when you leave and restart when you enter Thailand again on arrival date as day 1. Your next 90-day report due under your situation is 90 days after your latest entry date.
