TLDR : Answer Summary
When completing your next 90-day report after a short overseas trip on a non-O retirement visa, you should use the entry date stamped in your passport upon your return to Thailand as the basis for your reporting. Your countdown for the next report begins from your re-entry date, making it 90 days from that entry date.

Your 90 days count is stop when you leave and restart when you enter Thailand again on arrival date as day 1. Your next 90-day report due under your situation is 90 days after your latest entry date.
