TLDR : Answer Summary
The next 90-day report will be counted from the date of your return to Thailand (10th January), as 90-day reports apply to consecutive days spent in Thailand. It is important to note that if you possess a Non-O retirement visa, any extensions or permits you have may affect your reporting obligations. If you had a re-entry permit and your visa is valid, you should continue with the 90-day reports according to your stay permit regulations.

I have a non o retirement visa, how do you think I've been doing 90 day reports

@Anthony *******
You dont do 90 day reports on the Non Imm O, only on the 1 year extention of stay!

You haven't unless you've got an extension of stay as your Visa will have expired now

I got a re-entry permit, the stamp in my passport says permitted until 12 August, which is when my non o retirement finishes.

@Anthony *******
so you got no "Non-O" as this is a visa. You got a "1-year extension of stay permit" which is a stay permit, and the length is based on the original visa
Steve *******
Yes but you had a Non Imm O retirement visa, now you have a 1 year extention of stay. Two different animals.

Yes. A 90 day report only applies for 90 consecutive days in Thailand. So if you leave and return you restart the timer because it's only consecutive days.

Note that if you've previously submitted a TM47 online, that system will email you 90 days later because it has no idea you left the country. You can safely disregard such an email.
