Hello, I live in Thailand and I hold an extention of stay based on non -O retirement.
We recently visited my home country and I then used a re-entry permit when we where back at Suvarnabhumi, June 12th. Within 24 hours my wife posted a TM30 report online telling I'm still living in our house.
The question is, when am I supposed to do my next 90 days report, is it following the "old" schedule or am I doing it 90 days after my arrival June 12th? Can I do this report online or do have to visit Chaengwattana?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning to Thailand with a re-entry permit on June 12, you will need to follow the 'new' schedule for your 90-day report. This means you count 90 days from your arrival date (June 12) for your next report, rather than continuing with your previous reporting schedule. You can check if online submission is available, but visiting the Chaengwattana immigration office might be necessary for certain cases.

No, you do not continue to be inside Thailand when you leave.
You start counting again as day of arrival as day number 1 and count towards 75 days to get into the period of reporting that you are almost 90 days consecutive inside Thailand.
