Hi

I have a Non O Retirement visa and a multiple entry permit.I understand I need to report every 90 days.

Do I need to report every 90 days even when I have been out of Thailand for a while? Is it strictly 90 days from issuance, or when you have been 90 days in the Kingdom.

I understand the reporting, T47, can be done online.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a Non O Retirement visa with a multiple entry permit, the 90-day reporting requirement only applies when you have been residing in Thailand for a consecutive 90 days. If you leave Thailand, the 90-day count starts anew upon re-entering the country.

90 days starts every time you ENTER/RE-ENTER Thailand.

When you travel out of Thailand, 90 days counting starts again the day you enter Thailand as day 1. You will do 90-day report only when you are staying in Thailand for a consecutive 90 days or more.

Once you travel out of Thailand, you need to count 90 days by yourself.
