Applying for Non-O Visa and one of the documents required is "Copy of title deed". My landlord asked me why we need this - is this the Yellow Book or something that only need the first page of it? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O Visa in Thailand, one of the required documents is a "Copy of title deed." This refers to the Chanot, which is the official title deed of the property. It is important for linking the landlord to the property, especially if you have a rental contract. There is some confusion about whether just the first page is needed, but typically the full document is preferred.

Had similar last year. Seems like they are trying to link Landlord with the property (presumably you have a rental contract.

you'll have to ask the immigration officer. I have no idea. Maybe they've come across some scams (air BnB landlords) or maybe they're on the take, although corruption in Thai immigration is extremely rare.

, it is the blue house book, shows the owner and the registered persons under this address. The yellow book is similar for foreigners. No big deal.
