You ask about the blue book, is that yours or from your wedded wife?

You need a copy of her ID front and back and copy of her blue house book both signed by her. Next to the other requirements.

sorry should have added more, off to savannakhet for Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National, blue book is hers just i read about a guy saying he showed the original
