TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about whether copies of the blue book (house registration book) suffice for applying for a Non O marriage visa, or if the original document must be presented.

Are you visiting a Thai Consulate to apply for a Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National or are you going to visit your local Immigration Office to apply for an Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai National? You ask about the blue book, is that yours or from your wedded wife?
