Hi, a few day’s ago I ask a question bud it was refused,so I ask again with more information.
I have a non-o retirement visa and I’m planning to go on holiday to my family in Belgium.
What do I have to do when I return in Thailand.
Depart : 6 February. Return : 23 February.
Non-o retirement visa extension of stay permitted until 11 Dec. 2024.
In my passport I can read :
To keep your stay permit the re - entry permit must be made “before” leaving Thailand .
Must I go to Immigration to do that or can I do that in de airport the day I leave ,and what kind of papers do I need to fill in .
Regards,
Paul Beeckmans

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a Non-O retirement visa and plan to travel to Belgium, you need to obtain a re-entry permit before leaving Thailand to ensure you can return. You can secure this permit either at a Thai Immigration office before departure, costing 1,000 Thai baht, or at the airport on the day of your flight, which costs 1,200 Thai baht. If you choose the airport option, staff will assist with the application form and take your photo.
