Hello, I have a question regarding reentry permit.
I hold a Non O and usually everything visa related, my husband HR takes care of it, including the 90 day report.
It happens that I need to get out of the country for two days and my husband asked his HR about the reentry permit, I took a picture of the visa and sent them, they mentioned I just need to show my passport at the exit and I will be good to get in again, it doesn’t seem the case, because it clearly states in my visa that I need to apply for reentry permit in order to keep my permit valid.
I have no idea how and where to do this once his HR apparently is not aware of it 🤷♀️
If you know what to do, could you kindly guide me through?
TIA
TLDR : Answer Summary
To maintain your Non-O visa status while temporarily leaving Thailand, you must obtain a reentry permit. You can apply for this permit at Chamchuri Square (OSOS) prior to your travel or at the airport before departure. It's important to have this permit to ensure your visa remains valid upon reentry.
