Hello everyone

This is my first time I am on a NON-O Retirement Visa I now would like to exit Thailand and renter for a short trip to Bali (indonesia).

So, I need a multientry stamp before leaving Thailand.

How much does it cost and how long does it take to get one either at immigration or at Suvarnabhumi BKK airport.

Thanks in advance to all of you guys, you're a real source of help

TLDR : Answer Summary
To exit Thailand and re-enter on a NON-O Retirement Visa, you'll need a re-entry permit. This can be obtained at the airport for about 1,000 baht for a single entry or 3,800 baht for multiple entries. Processing time may vary, typically taking less than 10 minutes but could extend up to an hour depending on queues. It's advised to have the TM8 form and a passport photo on hand to avoid any additional administrative fees.

A re-entry permit keeps your “allowed to stay until” date alive if you are to exit Thailand and re-enter. There are two options. A single entry for 1,000 baht or a multiple entry for 3,800 baht (airports may charge an extra 200 baht “admin” fee if you don’t have the TM8 form and passport photo on you).

Obviously for the multiple reentry version you’d need to work out if you’re going to leave Thailand and re-enter at least 4 times between now and your “allowed to stay” date to see if it’s worth while to pay that fee.

For many a single entry for 1,000 will suffice, especially if on an initial 90 day Non O Visa. For some it may make sense but quite unusual.

It's called a re-entry permit. You can get it directly at the airport and costs around 1000 baht.

Depending on a queue, it can take less than 10 minutes. But sometimes, it can be an hour.

Here's some more details about it.
