Hi all I have question regarding 90 days reporting.
1) Is it possible to do it online? or I have to go to immigration office?
2) If I am late for 90 days reporting? Do I have to pay fine per day basis?

TLDR : Answer Summary
This discussion covers the process of 90-day reporting for expats in Thailand, specifically whether it can be done online or requires a visit to an immigration office. It clarifies that the first reporting must be done in person; subsequent reports can be submitted online 15 days before to 7 days before the due date. If you miss the online reporting deadline, you must report in person. Additionally, penalties for late reporting are addressed, with fines up to 2000 baht for overdue submissions.

The online doesn't seem to be working though

I did it with IE11 in W10 using the method I described.
edge, chrome safari and fire fox all seem to work with the system now.
I/E 10 will NOT work, you must use an older version. <-or that's what I was told.

Only Internet Explorer 6 to 10 works. Not Edge, Chrome etc. If you use IE11, go into developer tools and change rendering to IE10. Then it works.

The FIRST thing to do when wanting to file 90 day reports online is check with your immigration office and see if they participate in the 90 day online program. Some offices have "opted out" of participating in it.
IF your immigration office will let you do online reporting, like
mentioned you have to file one 90 day report in person to get into the data base. After that you can apply for a 90 day report online from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date.
The window of opportunity to report online is different than the one to file reports in person. In person you can do a 90 day report from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER your due date with no fine.
The fine for failure to report on time is 2000baht.
Some offices also allow mail in 90 day reporting too. Again it's best to check with your particular office and see what they allow.

thanks a lot. Now it is very clear. This group is awesome :)
"Applicants can submit this online application within 15 days but not less than 7 days before the due date of notification"
So 15 days in advance is not correct.
Between 15 and 7 days before due date is correct.
And "Overdue notification is not accepted via internet. Applicant must contact the nearest Immigration Office in person. "

The first 90 report you have to do in person at your local immigration. Next ones you can do on line

For more info if your submission date is not in advance with 15 days, you need to submit at immigration (but not sure there will be any update for the regulation or not)

For report on online, its need to submit with 15 days in advance from due date, and
you can late report submit after 7 days from due(in case of over due report penalty per day of 500 maximum of 2000)
