What is involved in the 90-day check-in for a retirement visa in Thailand?

I'm living in Pattaya on the retirement visa. My first 90 day check-in is required at the end of March. Can any of you tell me what is involved with the check-in? For example, what is the fee for the check-in (if any) do I need to bring Passport Photos, or my lease agreement, etc?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day check-in for a retirement visa in Thailand, specifically for someone living in Pattaya, is free of charge and can be filed up to 15 days before and 7 days after the due date. You will need to go to the Jomtien immigration office to submit the TM.47 form, which is available at the office.
