Hi all. I am 3 weeks past when I should have reported my last 90 days. On a non immi B visa, my job never told me I had to do this and my previous company just did it for me automatically so didn’t know I needed to do this. Will I still be able to report online even though it’s late and are there late fees associated with this kind of thing? Thanks in advance.

You cannot do it online as you are late.

Suggest you go to Thai immigration and clear your being late.
