Hi, is there a penalty if we report late for the 90 days?  My friend's date was 3 days ago and he did not realize it until this minute.  He will go tomorrow morning but just like to know if he will be penalized for this late reporting.

Your window of 90days report in person at the immigration office is 15days before until 7days later your actual due date. If you pass 7days later to report, the fine will be 2k thb regardless how long you delay, one day or a few months.

Are you sure you're not talking about applying for an extension late

? Filing a 90 day report later than 7 days is always a 2000baht fine and you always get the failure to file on time stamp in your passport like this
