Good morning!

My TR visa (first 60 days) will end on 2nd December. So I've got a few questions:

1. Do I still need to pay 1900 for an extension?

1. What immigration office in Bangkok should I go to (Immigration Chaeng Wattana? or Immigration division 1?)

1. If I come on Friday, Nov 26, will the renewal be valid from December 2nd and ends on 31st Dec? Or ends on 25th Dec?

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about extending their TR visa, which expires on December 2nd. They seek clarification on the extension fee, the appropriate immigration office to visit in Bangkok, and whether the new extension period would start from the day they apply.

If you entered the country on a tourist visa and have a TR60 entry stamp in your passport in Bangkok you to the main immigration office at Chaengwattana to apply for an extension.

IF you are applying for the "regular" 30 day extension on that tourist visa the 30 days will be added to the current expiration date you have in your passport now

BUT

IF you apply for a 60 day covid extension sometimes they are starting that 60 days on the date you apply (meaning you'd lose the time from the 26th to the 2nd if you went Friday).
