What should I do if I have not submitted my 90-day report for my Non-O visa in Thailand?

Hi, I came in to Bangkok on Feb. of last year (Non-O, Thai wife visa) and got my 1 year visa on Dec. 2020 that expires on Nov of 2021. I’m planning to do 90-days report on Feb (counting 90 days since Nov of 2020). I realized that I have never done 90 days report since I came in to Bangkok. Will there be an issue? I do go in to immigration now and then to do visas before actually getting 1 year visa. Thank you.

I did try to book online for 90 days report, but the appointment date option comes after visa expired date and it doesn’t let me choose any earlier.

IF that slip is correct
@Dan***
you were late on the 15th of Dec 2020 :O AND you never noticed that slip in your passport, didn't read it?

I see a trip to your immigration office to find out WHEN your actual 90 day report is/was due

The good news IS, if you're late it's just a 2000baht fine it doesn't go up.

Those are Chaengwattana Stamps so you would go to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office for your 90 day reporting

Thanks for the info!

IF you got your yearly extension in Dec (or got the under consideration stamp for it then) your 90 day report would be due 89 days from that date.
Tod *********
In Bangkok they usually put a paper IN to your passport when you get your first yearly extension that has the date you do your 90 day report on it like this

Did you get one when you got your extension

Be careful to check the date given in your passport for 90 day report. I believe Its 90 days from your application not from date you received the actual stamp.
