TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving provinces in Thailand, you must notify your new immigration office about your change of address. It is important to check with the new immigration office to determine if additional forms are needed, such as the TM28. Additionally, your landlord should file a new TM30 form with the immigration office within 24 hours of your arrival.
