Dear all. Finally made the move from Bangkok to Jomtien/Chonburi. As the [members only] seems to be down and I want to register my move tomorrow, when the Immigration Office at Jomtien Soi 5 opens again. Anyone knows what needs to be done actually? I've got already a running NON-O Visa extension.

TM30 only? Anything else? Thanks :-)

TLDR : Answer Summary
To register your move to Jomtien with a NON-O Visa extension, you will need to file a TM30 form, which is a notification of a foreigner residing in Thailand. Make sure to bring a copy of your lease and your landlord's Thai ID. Note that while the house book is not strictly required, it's wise to have it on hand. You can fill out the TM30 form yourself, and the process is generally straightforward.

Jomtien only requires the lease and ID's, not the house book. But never hurts to have. They also accept the form completed by yourself, not the owner. Fairly easy process there.

thanx for that update on Jomtien (y) I was parroting the "boiler plate" requirements that would work at most offices as I have no direct experience with filing a TM30 at the Jomtien office

get a copy of your lease, your land lords thai i/d and the house book for where you live and go file a TM30 <- notification of foreigner in residence form. Then you will be able to do your 90 day reporting AND your subsequent extensions at that office.
