Hello! Iโm on a Non-O marriage-based visa. My husband and I moved rental properties. So we are in a different house than we used for my visa application. I called immigration to ask about the process of what to do besides having the renter report my status with the TM-30. Immigration was a bit unclear. Is that all we have to do is have the renter report the move with the TM-30? Thank you!@[287005340097182:11809:]
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've moved to a different rental property while on a Non-O marriage-based visa in Thailand, it's essential for your landlord to report your new address by submitting a TM-30 form. This can be done in person at the immigration office, online through the provided website, or via a mobile app called Section 38. However, some users have reported difficulties accessing the app. Ensure that your status is updated to avoid any immigration issues.
