TLDR : Answer Summary
To close your one-year ED visa in Thailand, you will need to obtain a document from your school indicating your end date, and then visit the immigration office that issued your extension to officially cancel it. After canceling, you can either apply for a new extension or leave the country.

Hmmm... On July 26th you stated you were on a TR Tourist Visa... ... ???

"hello, thank you for the respond

I’m caring TR 60 and I already get extended visa for 30 days last time.

Am I able to apply for COVID visa for more stay in Thailand?"

and you want to "close it" for what reason?

IF you are wanting to cancel the current extension you're on, you get documentation from your school saying you stop studying on xxx date, you go to the immigration office that issued that extension <-(you have to use the same office where you got the extension whether you want to or not) and you cancel the extension you're on. Then you either apply for a new extension OR you leave the country.
