Hello mods, I have seen posts about having to cancel visa extensions. We are planning to fly out of Chiang Mai on the last day of our visa (extended) validity, and would like some clarification on whether we need to go to immigration to cancel our visa extensions? Sorry if I use the wrong terminology.

Initially entered Thailand via air on 90 day visa (single entry), and subsequently extended at Chiang Mai immigration, valid until 5 June 2023.
Spouse - ED visa
Me and child - NonImm O (dependents - "tagged" to Spouse)
*We are possibly coming back to Thailand under visa exempt (Singapore) for a short trip within the calendar year.
Thank you in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they need to officially cancel their visa extensions at immigration before leaving Thailand, given their departure plan on the last day of their extended visa. They have entered Thailand on a 90-day visa, subsequently extended, and are accompanied by their spouse and child under different visa types.
