How long does it typically take to receive a Thailand Pass after submission, and is there a support contact for issues?

Hi people, just a bit of information. Submitted 2 Thailand passes on Friday using Gmail, used safetywings insurance, screenshots of pictures required and cropped the QR code on the vaccine certificate, was getting a bit worried as my 2 friends are due to fly Tuesday night, called 2day using the number in the website which is a Thailand number +6625728442 they took their full names, passport number, date of arrival and email address used to register 2hrs later just received the thai pass on a Sunday too
