What should I prepare to show upon landing in Thailand if I have a Thai pass and negative PCR test?
I have Thai pass (QR) and negative PCR test. Anything they might check after landing or is QR enough?

They prefer printed copies of everything. Technically the QR code should be enough, but print everything (maybe twice) as your transit airport may require proof too.
