Hi! For those in Singapore, can anyone share what is the difference between the Pre-departure memo issued by the clinic after the PCR test versus, the Fit to Fly Certificate required for Thai COE?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Pre-departure memo and the Fit to Fly Certificate are essentially the same document, but it's crucial that the Pre-departure memo clearly states 'Fit to Fly'. Individuals should obtain this certification from a medical clinic, such as Raffles in Terminal 3, which charges around 138 dollars. Alternatively, Dr. Donna provides an online version for a fee of 400 or 500 baht.

Its the Same thing but you have to make sure it says fit to fly. I got mine in raffles at terminal 3 before fkying was 138 dollars.

Dr Donna does an online one though for 400 or 500 baht.

I just got my COE, and now I'm looking at the "Fit to fly", T.8 form, and RT-PCR tests from singapore. Any insight?

T8 can download.

I did my fit to fly and RT PCR test both at Raffles but that was last july and you had to get MOH approval which you dont apparently now
