What should I do if I'm getting an error while filling out the TDAC form for Thailand after only being in the USA?
THIM and TDAC notice
Need a clearer THIM and TDAC explanation? Read the THIM guide on thim.in.th.
Trying to fill in TDAC on line form for return to Thailand from USA. I continually get error message when answering what countries I have been in the last 2 weeks. I have only been in USA, but USA is not being accepted. I have tried different browsers and have rechecked all info. I am on retirement vis in Thailand. Any suggestions? Thanks
Answer summary
An expat facing issues filling out the TDAC form for re-entry to Thailand is unable to list the USA as a visited country, despite being there for the last two weeks. Comments suggest checking for fake TDAC sites, leaving the country field blank or marking it as 'NONE' if no other countries were visited, and trying secure links from official Thai embassy websites.

The answer is NONE....leave it blank. You haven't visited any other countries.

Did you have to just leave in blank?

If you're from the US and in the US do you need to put it down as a country visited?

You don't need to add unless it's got an asterisk on the box.

OPAll seems well now 😀

Be cautious of fake TDAC sites! For a secure link, visit your Thai embassy's website and look for the official TDAC page.

I ran into that same thing. The problem went away when I completed the form less than 72 hours before my scheduled ARRIVAL in Thailand. Not three days before my scheduled departure from the USRichard ***********
