TLDR : Answer Summary
When preparing to leave Thailand, you generally need to show your visa, passport, and return ticket. However, it's advisable to have additional documentation, such as accommodation information and possibly your travel insurance. It's also recommended to print out any documentation related to your Thai pass and have a copy of everything you submitted for it. Some travelers also suggest keeping a digital backup of your documents, in case it's needed.
Everything that you submitted with your Thai pass... Print that also.. I have heard airlines reject people based on that even though they have a valid this pass
I also created a PDF version of the packet (everything in one document) and had that handy on my phone. DIdn't need it, but feel better knowing I had a copy handy in case I needed to email somewhere or print it again.
they give them to you on the aircraft before you land. Just fill it in and have it completed to hand to immigration. They put a part of it in your passport. Don't ever lose it before you leave the country.
