ORIGINAL POSTER
The EVisa portal is requesting a document but I haven’t received an email regarding what documentation I actually need. I’ve sent multiple emails to the embassy and tried getting through on the phone but no luck. Anybody have any advice on want to do? It’s the Washington DC embassy.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the Thai eVisa portal, specifically regarding a lack of communication from the Washington DC embassy about required documentation. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to call the embassy, they have not received the necessary information. Other commenters share similar experiences with different consulates, express frustration with the process, and suggest contacting the visa department directly via phone or email.
