Hello Group,

I submitted my e-visa application on the 6. of December at Frankfurt. 2 days later they requested a document via email. I send it to them an got a thank you email the next day. Since then I didn't hear from them again. Online I can see the visa is pending approval. I tried to ring them to no avail!

Any suggestions what I can do?
